Useful for the wife in 30 odd years (dont tell her I said that), although with all this technology about i feel sorry for my future grandchildren who'll probably always see optimised pics of us!

  • Useful! But might remove the details of ...

This technique is great for quick effects. However, I tried this and it removes lots of details by blurring the image. I have searched in the forums for an automatic way of detecting wrinkles and removing them, but could not come into anything satisfying. I have used photoshop myself and found it a bit complicated and time consuming.
I came into a great way of achieving a smooth look to skin and I felt like it worth taking a clip for that, as it is very easy and the quality of the image will remain the same.
The clip is called "How To Look Sexier And Younger In Your Photos?" and link is:

  • I guess you could do that...

I guess you could go through all those steps, take all that time, and sacrifice all that quality.

Or you could use the clone stamp....

  • hmmm

That technique would blur out the areas too much and remove any texture from the skin - can't see it on this low resolution with blury compression, but on a sharp image it's no good unless you're going to scale it down to icon size... I recommend using clone stamp tool in conjunction with the healing brush and patch tool. I'll make a tutorial on that soon I think :)

    In the meantime
