After searching through torrents I have found a chrome os ALPHA!! It looks like a mac a bit. It doesn't do too much atm and is a bit laggy. Quite nice graphics and features. Chrome OS Alpha is free and is brand new so needs another year of work at least.

Yeah it's obviously fake. I whipped it up in keynote (the mac version of powerpoint).

In my opinion, Google needs to be a little mature with their new OS. It looks very childish and not professional at all.
