Simple !!
You can add any kind of Spirit . OR try with Body Spray Spray through the HOLE and Light And then see the Blast

Alcohol
what we did in 6th grade was cover the hole with a piece of tape. You could also use a rubber stopper with an electronic igniter stuck inside. Pour 2 capfuls of rubbing alcohol inside the cans, drop the tennis ball in, and give it a few seconds for the vapors to expand. Then remove the tape over the hole and strike a match (or use the igniter)
