Its a fukin photo shop trick, check at 40-42 seconds, his hands are so frozen they dont move a milimeter, and the right hand's blade come out so lazily that a guy with one eye short will also note that this is nothing but fake... 4 points for the doc though.... she acted well.... timely...

the blades are computer graphics added after they shot the entire thing. Notice that Wolverine keeps his hands perfectly still throughout the entire time they are on the table.
