    I create the text but then i go to filter > stylize but the only ones available are emboss, find edges and solarize. what am i doing wrong/have i not done?

  • I suggest..

    good basic tut and well explained i only suggest after you do all the wind effects do a ripple effect, to do that go at filter -> distort -> ripple and play with the settings. Oh and you dont need to put a inner shadow because the text color is black and the default inner shadow color is black too so you can't see the diference unless you change the inner shadow :)
