Down Syndrome people
know what they are doing. I don't know whether this guy has the disability or not, but he knew what he was doing. He was making people laugh, and appeared to be doing it willingly. Just accept it for what it is. Funny. I'll bet that is what he intended it to be. To feel sorry for him is to insult him. If you don't like it, that is an opinion, too.

I work in human services and have worked with lots of folks with various disabilities, including Down syndrome and have a lot of respect for them and their families. Some folks with Down do have the ability to "stretch" their faces like Popeye here - hey, we all have strangw quirks!
