I'm bulgarian and I strongly believe in UFOs and that there are other life forms from non-earth origins that are visiting us. But this one here is a pure fake in my opinion...

Oh...haha...I know what this is. When the camera makes a close up shot, it's not very noticable. But as soon as the shot pulls away, I could on the spot tell that it was nothing more than just a speck on a piece of glass. Notice how the "ufo" kind of shakes around a bit (due to unsteady hands of whoever's holding the glass piece somewhere out of scene). To make it seem like it zipped somewhere towards the buildings, all they had to do was quickly slide the glass piece (with the speck on it). That's my theory of it. This one's FAKE!

well i have some friends in Blagoevgrad. They haven't heard about this... If it was true many of the people who live there would know about it.. and the video looks fake to me

i think that there is a posobility that aliens do excist and that there tech is way far more powerful than ours by the looks of the videos i have seen they all move faster then we can ever imagne there is a big posobility that there tech is better than ours for now they are prob just spec on us to see if we are any danger to there colony if we can hurt them in any way so they can protect them selvs but i dont think that they would attack but we can stop them we have been on earth for such a long time and we have lived there is so many of us that we should be able to stay on earth we are very smart and we can outsmart them in some way

UFO - Unknown Flying Object (or something similiar) so whenever u see something u don't know what is in the sky.. it's a UFO... I believe in extraterrestrial life; that said; this so called UFO was a fishing line and a silverized birthday balloon rotating in the wind, on the line; cast from one of the balconies.

Just to throw another two cents in...

For what it's worth, I'd say that alien life probably does exist somewhere in the universe. And I'd also say that if it does, it probably isn't out there killing its days off by taking flyovers of Bulgaria just to watch us run around like little bugs in a little kids (bad) science experiment.

Given the time scale of the universe any lifeform would probably be, i dunno, more than 10 000 years seperated from us technologically. A guess of course but I'd say even that would be astounding close. Probably millions of years is closer. Look at where we have come in that timespan, and we continue to advance at an ever-increasing rate. If they are out there, they can observe us from where ever they are without messing with our primitive minds - if that is their desire. If they want to colonise Earth, again...we could do nothing to stop them (all due respect to Mr Wells etc) And if they wanted benign contact they surely could design some kind of circumstances that would enable that.

Truth is, I doubt we would even recognise such a visit / visitor among us.

They would be as magical to us as contemporary humans and all their technology would be to cavemen. And that's allowing a direct relative seperated by time. We can not imagine the environment that has created these different lifeforms, so why should they be assumed to be similar to us. Everything, everything from the most fundamental physiological processes would perhaps be entirely different. So a better example might be between a slime mold and contemporary humans...where we are the mold of course !

I can't say any of this is 100% true of course...no-one can.

But I'd have to say that there UFO is about as real Anna Nicole Smith's fun-bags...

The first time it looked reasonably real, but the second time if you look at the edge of the ceiling above him noticing the constant aliasing, once the UFO or craft accelerates a blurring effect occurs, if you watch it again it is obviouse, I wish he would have done some editing to keep the aliasing constant, it would have been believable if he did, and also an anti-gravity engine would not have wind flaps coming out of the sides, nor would it look like a donut.

These space ships know of a way to "neutralize" or "cancel out" inertia? Inertia applied to planet Earth is called "gravity" If you were to build a ship that could zero out Inertia from within itself and everything that is within the ship (meaning that nothing is thrown around during takeoff) remains intact during takeoff you have the perfect transportation module! This type of technology is what I believe The Americas and Others is after, especially in times like these with gas prices soaring through the roof. With ships (UFOs) like these you can hop galaxies within seconds! while dodging asteroids, stars and planets! and successfully enter the Black hole without getting crushed because once inertia is taken away it's then possible to bend in and out of a 90 degree corner at 100,000,000 MPH! Now, If we could just solve for 'X', X meaning propulsion type when Inertia = 0. Its THEN when we'll finally be able to travel the stars.
We are on a planet where all the interesting things happen in a dimension that we cannot see, and Scientists are having a field day coping with this meanwhile maxing out our Earthly resouces in the process. What a price!

I saw some kind of S**t once they are real

I've read most of the contributions as to whether or not this is hoax. And played this video over and over again. I have an open mind.....but does any1 notice that the "UFO" accelerates into the balcony of the toppest floor of the building...The most probable reason being that that the UFO is just a toy and someone on that balcony has a fishing cord attached to it which he uses to pull it inwards....the accelaration can be easily done by video editing.....I could do it myself...

Perhaps a hoax (more likely); however if not, then this might support the possibility of such an occurrence.
As to account for the survivability of such rapid acceleration, any conceivable craft with a controlled gravitational environment can accelerate to any measurable speed without as much as a jolt.

Earth is situated along the Orion Arm of the Milky Way which is 80,000 light years from the galactic core. Within margins of this distance, if life exists, it would be tens of millions of years more advanced than life on Earth, both in an evolutionary along with a technological sense.

We can hear the sounds all around, even those from the camera. Surprisingly, the person filming doesn't react in any way. Had I been such a witness, I guess I would have said such things as :"Oh... God ! What's this ?" and I'm sure we could have heard my accelerated breathing. Surprise is human. There's no surprise here... On the other hand, there's much more to be said about this footage and it would not be difficult to investigate on the spot.

The guy who took this footage knew beforehand that the object is going to fly out - he zoomed out so we could see the speed. Therefore it's fake. If I would take a footage of a real UFO, I would zoom it as much as possible to see the details.

It is a hoax. Look at the reflection on the object, it doesn't move. Aside from what appears to be a bit of spinning, the shadow over it stays stagnate.

When I was growing up in NW part Washington state, I saw something very simular. I could never explain to people how fast the object moved, until I saw this video. I swear on my families life I something just like this. It's kind of scary because right after you see something like this, you don't believe yourself. I saw it from a distance, It went straight up, hovered for a few seconds, then flew off, faster then anything I could imagine. When I saw this, video, I finally could show people what I saw.......I'm a FireFighter in Wa. state, I'm not crazy. I did see something I don't know what....those objects are out there people, just cause you haven't seen it, does not mean it doesn't exist. We don't fully understand the world around us yet. *Chills.....

There has been proven tricks how to fake a UFO, this was as perfect as it gets, and besides no alien UFO will stand in one place for so long to get detected they are way elusive than that
