  Not scary, Focus on the black dots at the center for 1 min (pause the video) then close your eyes you will see a moving spot light (like camera flash spot ) looks like a holy face focus on this spot then it will be more clear for you .

- omg all it is, is a negative image done ...
  find the actual image on the internet, then copy it to mspaint, click "image" >> "invert colours" and thats exactly what you need when u close ur eyes or look at a white piece of paper. THINK PPL!
