By manomane 1186461561 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveHello, I am wondering what is the major muscle group involved in this.
Is it the lower back or the shoulder and trapezius?
The shoulders :)
By doum4 1182427534 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removedo you have any links that could give a workout schedule as to how you got this strong with your shoulders?

By doum4 1168181249 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThe instruction is super. Thanks for sharing it. Just curious, any relation to Melissa Lacasse, the rock climber?
By americallc 1169209547 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveFirst of all, thank you for the wonderful videos.
I have tried out the exercises and I am getting much better.
I have enough upper body strength but my problem is my abdominals. I have a lot of problems lifting my legs (even tucked).
Is there something specific I can do to help strengthen my abdominals for the planche or should I just get used to the motion over time?
Again, thank you for the great videos.
All is in your shoulders. To lift the legs, you need to go farther with your shoulders in front. To go farther, you need more strength and a good controle of the balance.
By doum4 1167740946 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveOh, I understand exactly what to do now.
Thank you!
how much longer does it take to learn a planche with fingers pointing towards feet. because i find it much more difficult but much nicer for my wrists
By bobbypk 1167584652 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI put my wrists like that because they are not really flexible. It's more confortable. I don't think it's very long, maybe a little bit different for the balance and a bit more difficult.
oh thank you for the fast reply. i will start working on it both ways then. i have started to get a small lump on my wrist from doing too much planches and parkour hehe.
By bobbypk 1167587622 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveHow tall are you? How often do you strech and how much?
That is really cool.
I'm 5 feets 7.
I did a lot of stretching when i was young, but now, not a lot.
It's important to do stretching to prepare the muscles to be stretch when you do some acrobatic move. But, for the planche, it's not very important except if you want to have a better straddle legs position.
such a cool vid man. please keep making them i realy appreciate it. ihave been trainign for plance for 1.5 years and i can only just hold a stralde planche for maby 3-4 secodns :( but o well il keep at it
By bobbypk 1167505302 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveYou have amazing shoulders! Great balance and flexibility!

By ecmono 1176508516 Reply Spam [-1] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeplz reply, i have a lot of questions how can i contact u,
i breakdance and do gymnastics and i don't see u working ur abs
is it important? and there's also the muscle above ur buttocks (those
on ur lower back) they must be important for the planche, how do we
train them? help
look over dominic lacasse training.
But it's not really important for the planche.
Why did you do the planche pressups on your finger-tips?
By dotajames 1166994938 Reply Spam [-1] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveIt's more difficult, but it's more impressive.
By doum4 1168147571 Reply Spam [-1] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveIf you have any question or comments, don't hesitate.
