probably on an autobarn in germany. The driver wasnt' doing 160kph at the start of the video, he accelerated up to that speed thus the other car would have been going at least 200kph. Which on an autobarn in the far left lane, wouldn't be uncommon since there is no speed limit. Usually you would travel in the far left lane at such a slow speed.

This is in Germany. The guy filming was at around 100 km/h and took up speed afterwards. The Viper (or what it was) had probably above 250 km/h. Quite cool.

  the exhaust sound appears unmodified and that of a corvette, the front and back end from appearance as slyder mentioned. by the time the car overtook, the video maker, he was probably doing around 140km/h, he later pressed on gas. it appears the baby was doin somewhere around 300km/h to disappear in a quarter mile, the way we saw.
