Make your Windows XP faster. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 256MB RAM. One of the comments below: And of course you have to reboot your computer after making the change.If you use heavy applications (adobe photoshop, premier etc), its not really advisable ... you will crash more often (more then 2 gig ram and you would be ok).

yea i fixed it, i had a tracking cookie that was closing regedit right when i opened it. i ran a virus scan and it opened without closing, but the disable paping memory or whatever isnt there

When i open regedit, through run or when i searched it, it closes instantly why is this?. . .can i fix this?
