Chinese 60th Anniversary Celebration Parade 4

The 1st of October this year is the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The Chinese government will hold massive celebratory events to commemorate the occasion. The National Day Grand Ceremony will begin at 10:00am on October 1st and will take place in the Tiananmen area and will also stretch along Chang’an Avenue. On the day, there will be a massive military review and mass parade, displaying the majestic demeanor of Chinese society and development to both China and the world. A National Day party will take place in the evening, after the grand ceremony has ended.
The schedule will be:
• Flag Raising Ceremony
• Military Review
• March-past
• Mass Parade
Military Review will start at 10:30am. The total time of Military Review and March-past will be 66 minutes. The national day grand ceremony will come to an end at about 12:10pm.
According to Chinese government convention, the celebration does not invite foreign heads of states and politicians. Moreover, the celebration events area will implement strict traffic controls and restrictions.
