Healing old pix is one of my favorite pastimes in PS. There is much more to explain but I know that you can't fit it all in in 4.5 mins. IMHO, the healing brush should not be used for cloning large areas-use the clone tool for that. Then the healing brush to spruce things up. Most importantly in your retouching-- never replace or re-do the eyes unless you can avoid it. They are the only thing left that transmits the person's soul throughout out the life of the image.

When i look at the fourth tool on left side of tool box, its called "air brush tool" and not healing :( and I don't have options like yours showed, is there another way to find healing tool???
