Make a colorful layered decoration with these household liquids
does it turn any other color besides a fuzzy green? :o
By The Pool Guy 1167494012A fun project, but you need a container with a cap or the top layer will evaporate real fast.
By ra6787 1167274995and if you have babies they may say "i would love to drink this!!"
By spinner136 1168205637...are you doing leaving household products where your baby can get to them? You're a horrible parent!
By RCMH 1169687294I like these kind of videos that are easy and useful.
Many people just upload videos of how "to do" things, so they can earn money on producer awards.
This video was good, fun and useful (and not dangerous in any kind of way)

In fact, you can pour in the liquids in any order, the most dense one will naturally sink to the bottom, the least dense rises to the top. The water and dish soap that you asked about didn't mix however they did react with the air upon force being applied from one to the other, bsaically, it did make bubbles. Also, it would work much better to fill the container as much as possible and cover it with an air-tight lid (which also makes it water-tight), this will help evaporation and condensation. To have extra fun with this make absolutely sure your cover is tight then flip it over and give the liquids time to settle to their places in the other parts of the container. They'll all be in the same order as they originally were. (for best results try this with a little bit of air still in the container)

And looks easyenough for even a klutz like me. Very creative and pretty. Thanks
By solunas 1174712249and at the end put a straw and start drinking, very good taste
By mofo11 1168967084Have another order a glass of Rainbow in the bar? Its about the same... But harder to do... As bartender myself... Rainbow is the worst drink to get in your order list... How I wish my boss would just cancel the drink from the menu... HaHa!!! Great one!!!
By Wah Seh 1168940751http://www.MiamiCarpetCleaning.Com
LOL :)
it is called a density column. the liquids have different densities so they dont mix. HA i am soo smart. haha
By fruitcake66 1168066895with different sugar content: put first the liquor with more sugar and so on, and you can drink it.
By GabiA 1167992671but did some of you people do nothing when you were kids or w/e this is a very old thing to do, not trying to bash the video maker he did a great job and all but how can some of you never hear about this before?
BTW great video..
theres always someone who hasnt seen something yet. thats whats cool about the internet,
By spacepaintings 1180591558I think your idea of liquids in glasses is a great and easy way to decorate. Its so Decorative yet so simple. Try it with other containers in different shapes and see if you can send any more into metacafe.. =]
By Spngebob 1167825507I like this, it's very cool; but for the more adventurous...don't try this with other substances unless you know what you are doing. Certain household cleaning fluids can have explosive qualities if you mix them. Please be careful folks! xx
By mindovermatter 1167729214It's looks pretty cool but..i wont spoil all my things for just a pretty look..
By slimelime 1167478503What if you shake it? Will the liquids get slowly back to their layer?
By Vallos 11674097731: can some one explain how is this posibble?(waight?)
2:
how many of you want to see the dude drink it after he shows the pritty colors :)
;)
pissang ambon, orange juice, and black gin. [ do it carfully drop on a tea-spoon, it's easy ] and you have a nice drink, do not shake!
By general noise 1167336696But imagine that top layer of alcohol get in touch with fire and so that oil base
By bluedestiny 1167298027if you could just pour them all in at the same time? wouldnt they just settle into layers eventually?
By alp_1989 1167286342but the food colouring would mix and mess up the colour.
By Kerrie 1168730749you can use any cleaning alcohol ... this thing is based on relative densities ... the heavier at the bottom and lighter at the top.
By entropyking 1167284865I just want to cover it up and shake that thing as hard as I can.
