    ... Brazil is closer to the Equator (hence a HOTTER climate) so NATUALLY they don't wear as much clothes...and it's been that way for a long time...so NATURALLY they have an innocent attitude towards visible skin...jeans and a t-shirt is OVERDRESSED in Brazil...
