  Maybe you should judge it by the rating?
  
  The company providing the service seems to be very professional. They also offer a pay-to-use deal, if you need to use their services for more than 6 hours a day.
  
  Personally, i do not need more than 6h/day, so i am using the free option.

Doesn't work too well.....
If your firewall is any good. Most decent firewalls will block those types of sites anyway; so now what are you supposed to do?
