This IS the place to come! If your a beginner or an established champion we have EVERYTHING you need to advance or maintain your goals. Our instructors are world class in their experience. We have Cardio kick boxing, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, Sparring, Muay Thai, and Yoga. Kim Buck-Schneider, RYT,is certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance. Kim is also certified as a yoga teacher to children. She follows and honors the Anusara method of yoga and the teachings of John Friend, Douglass Brooks and Gurumayi Chidvilisanda. Our facility is equipped with a cardio warm-up room with a flatscreen t.v. and d.v.d work-out programs. We have a 20x50 foot fenced rolling area, 20ft. octagon, 16ft. sparring ring, indoor, and a 20ft. boxing ring outdoor. We have 16 bag work-out stations, Hand mits ring, small weights room, men's and women's restrooms with showers,changing stalls and storage cubbies. We have group classes as well as private lessons. The fees are extremely reasonable and can be paid yearly, monthly or even daily! So please give us a call,or better yet, stop in and CHECK US OUT!
