Apple pre-empted the Windows 7 Launch with update announcements of their own. The thing I'm excited about the most is the Magic Mouse. It looks kind of like a Mighty Mouse, but it's multi-touch. It'll be available at the end of October. They updated the iMac. There's a 21.5" and 27" version in true 16:9 aspect ratio. There are two Mac Mini versions. One runs OSX Server, has two 500GB hard drives and no optical drive. The MacBook is going unibody.
