One evening I met up with my buddy Dylan Ho of Eat Drink 'n Be Merry in Los Angeles for a delicious taco crawl. We visited three of his favorite taco tables, and feasted on everything from lengua tacos to squash blossom quesadillas. My personal favorite was the cabeza, which is made of the cows cheek muscle. Tender, juicy, and super flavorful!
