By doum4 1168181351 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removedo you think that riding a bicycle can be as good as your training program?
great video! thanks.
keep sharing
No for someone that his speciality it's acrobatic.
It's depend of your goal. Riding a bicycle maybe help to loose fat. It's traine more your legs (but more in endurance).
Oh, I don't know... if you're dumb enough to think that you can just try front/back flips without correct training and instruction beforehand then maybe trying it and dying will remove another stupid person from the gene pool. Darwin Awards for the win.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate. It's for sure for advance people in acrobatics sports. Don't do somersault if you don't have it easily.
Dominic Lacasse - trainer.
first of all, thanks for all of your videos! Great exercises and very motivating!
anyway, i know how to do front sommersaults, but i have heard that it is easier to do backflips... is this true? i know i have the strength and abillity to do it, but i need some guidance and a bit of courage though...hehe
keep those videos comming! =)
It's more easier and more safe to learn a front than a back somersault. I never give the advice to start to learn somersault alone. It's better with a coach.
But if you really want to do it alone, go to dive, it's more safe. Learn first the front dive, front somersault, back dive and back somersault.
But it's true that it's easier to do back somersault on the floor when you have learn it.
you do a front somersault the worst thing is that you will land on ur butt. if you open up in the air my advice is not to cuz you will lando on your head.

By doum4 1167651822 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveAre they both really the same technique? Or is the trampoline easier than doing it on flat ground?
By Daza06 1167677235 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveIt's the same technic. The rythm of the push his longer on the trampoline. On trampoline it's a good way to begin because it's easier.
By doum4 1167741553 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeand if i dont have a trampoline :(
