NH Activist: City Hall Arrest Lacked Verbal Warning - Keene [13+]

Im not a real rockstar...but I play one one youtube. I'm so concerned about my community of Keene I never go out into it, because I'm too busy being a self professed winner on youtube. I tried arguing in public like this,but I just keep getting beat up after I call someone a nasty name. Can someone tell me what is wrong with me? Good luck in court Dan, your going to need it. Try using the phone first to find out about your friends. You don't do anyone any good in jail.

Oh I'am sure it was just an innocent mistake on his part - going into City Hall...a place that has never been open on a Saturday since Christ was a cowboy....and a place where police were using to process; no doubt in my mind that he was just the epitame of cooperation....I mean he said so....so it must be true - he is totally unbiased..LOL - what a joke

It really does not matter anymore. Unconstitutional bills are being passed everyday despite protest by all the representatives and the police are to enforce them. We are at the point where logic is meaningless. We are to do as told and pay the cost.

Breaking a law?

The law is that it is only trespassing if you have been asked to leave first and refuse to do so. He did agree to leave and was in the process of leaving while he was arrested.

Posting a piece of paper in 14 point font near the door of an area usually open to the public certainly creates reasonable doubt weather such a paper was a statement he should have been aware of, that a reasonable person would have seen, read and understood to exclude them.
