This is another way to color black and white picture. I didn't separate clothes from face because it would not change a lot. I hope my tip was usefull. :)

It's a bit LAME....
I thought it was a quick multiple layer coloring before i came in... in this way, the photo would always be "mono-themed" and the only good quality can come out from this is sephia effect
