Once he puts the cup down, the camera is stopped and the hand that is out of the scene replaces the burnt dollar with the 100 dollar bill. This trick is rather easy. This is how he did it, the cup used in this video is not an ordinary cup, it actually is the holy grail; FYI the cup used by the lord during the last supper. Anyway, once the man burned the dollar bill then covered it with the cup, he immediately prayed for forgiveness for burning the money and at the same time asked for some blessing beccause he has nothing left. There's no magic here, just a matter of faith.

I may know how its done. The only other possibilty other than camera editing is that while you are waiting for the "right moment" you secretly slip a 100 dollar bill into your hand, and from there on, while you position the cup, you put the 100 dollar bill inside so the spectator does not see that it is inside the bottom corner, and when u set the cup down, quickly of course, you positioned the cup a little in front of the burning 1 dollar bill. The air of your movement canceled the burn and as you picked the cup up, you pushed the dollar off the table.

Watch this again frame by frame and watch where the dollar bill sits on the grid cloth. The 100.00 moves about an inch and the imprint of the cup is not the same. It was entertaining though.
