File > Scripts > Image Processor??
I don't see the Image Processor option under Scripts in Photoshop CS. What version are you using? Is Image Processor a plug-in or is it elsewhere in Photoshop CS?

  I used Adobe Photoshop CS2 version 9.0. In your version it could be located somewhere else, or under another name.
