Then:
20 x KB Swing with resistance band +
20 x Hammer Work Right +
20 x Hammer Work Left +
10 x Hanging Windscreen Wiper (5 each side) +
10 x Press-up to Renegade Row (both L+R) to Burpees
As many rounds in 30 minutes.
Cool down and total body stretch.
