He has a girl with him and has a lot of fun with her. He DOES show some feminine qualities but they are dancing to House Music. It is difficult NOT to dance a little gay with that kind of music. I will also say that even if he is gay, who cares? Also, at his age, give him at least a year or two for testosterone to do it's work. At his age, most of my friends were open to ANY kind of sex.
