'Dancing With The Stars' Finalists Save A Dance For World Childr

November 2006 (Medialink) - Just hours after the winning couple was announced, "Dancing with the Stars" top dancers came to New York City to celebrate the fifth annual World Children's Day and support fundraising efforts for Ronald McDonald House Charities.

"Dancing with the Stars" champions Emmitt Smith and his dance partner Cheryl Burke, along with Mario Lopez and his partner Karina Smirnoff, joined World Children's Day global ambassador Sarah Ferguson and a host of entertainers at the 42nd Street McDonald's in New York City to celebrate.

McDonald's and its owners/operators, suppliers, and customers from around the world have raised almost $75 million dollars over the past four years for Ronald McDonald House Charities and other children's causes.
