I've taken many other investment courses: cash flow courses, network marketing, anything that I could try that interested me. I've always been interested in real estate but never knew how to invest in real estate. When I went to a Real Estate Riches workshop I realized there was a program out there that offered mentoring and that had some locality to it that you can relate to. So, I signed up for the course and I took the class in May 2007 and since then I'm on my 15th real estate investment. I'm on my way to being self sufficient and taking care of my child and that makes me feel good about myself.
