The feet are the foundation of any neck pain, back pain, and/or sciatica pain relief walking and exercise strategy. If you take care of your feet, and that means the ankles, feet, and toes, you will be able to see results relatively quickly after beginning a pain relief exercise program. However, if you ignore the feet, you may be sidelined before you get started.
Swollen ankles, sore and tender heels and feet, and blistered toes will derail you before you ever get going, before achieving real and lasting neck pain, back pain,
and sciatica relief.
Take care to monitor the health of your feet and see a medical practitioner at once, should problems persist or serious probelms appear. If you are diabetic, you already know how important foot care is, it can be literally life or death...so take care.
