  Actually... what he said was that all bodybuilders will reach a plateau where they wont get any bigger naturally. to break through this barrier you must take steroids. he admitted to taking steroids to get huge and yes, to maintain his heugeness.i have a first addition copy of his bodybuilding encyclopedia that states this. it was edited out in the later revision. I love when people answer questions about information they are ignorant to. nice job some what. and yes ronnie coleman and most other contemporary bodybuilders look cartoonish and rediculous.

  He only used steriods when they where legal and he didn t use them to build muscle mass he used them to contain muscle mass on a healthy diet he said he used them mildly. If you want to see steriods type in Ronnie coleman 8 time mr.olympia winner

  Iwas there I know He did in fact use steroids to gain muscle mass.When he came to the United States in 1978 Joe Wieder introduced him to a whole new world of bodybuilding He already had some size but lacked disapline.It was Joe who made him a star.
