The first crane couldn't handle the load, and did fall into the water. The second crane falling in is just photoshop. I have seen the original pics. Show me how they retrieve the 2nd crane, and I'll be a believer.

It is in Ireland. I was informed of this after I published the pictures about three years ago on my site and got replies from those that knew its location.
The second wrecker did not fall in and it was nearly a clever PS edit.

Fakeman is right! The 2nd crane falling in the water is a complete fake, the minivan reappears and more convincingly the people are all back to their exact same positions as earlier in the sequence, wow, what a coincidence ;-)

Look the picture when the first crane is in the water but the second crane isn't there yet then look at the last picture with the second crane going in the water. note where everyone is standing and the green minivan that would have to move to let the second crane in is right in the same spot...

no ripples around second crane. have seen the proper photo. and it happend in scotland as well i think.

Look carefully you'll see the reason.

There no cursed sea or car -you must see : the principle cause is slope bank .To do a lift of a heavy load the crane have to fix in a stationary position ,but in the 1st case the technician didnt do any thing ,the 2nd there must need very strong stationary fixation for the lift ,even lower the outside row tire pressures ,but there was enough for this .No curse at all that is the human fault.
