    Oobleck does not defy Newton's Third Law. It is a non-Newtonian fluid because it does not behave like a typical fluid, such as water.

      that seems like a good idea. This seems a little alike the technology in these new armor vests, first it's liquid but when a bullet touches it it turns hard, the faster the object coming towards it, the harder it gets.
