Criss Angel is a magician /illusionist!! Yes for the people that totally take his side for him doing everything real, I agree with you. Some of his stunts are real, BUT also, some of the things he does are not "fake" But an illusion. His Job is to freak out your mind. Some things are real, and some are fake.. and really it's up to you to decide. But it's not all ONE solid answer. It's not ALL "REAL" or ALL "FAKE" Some of the things he does IS real, and some are illusion. Thank you =)

there is one way that we can ALL be sure that this is fake. That one way is just to think: If it were real, people would be FREAKING THE FUCK OUT. They wouldn't just be cursing and saying "oh, man." they'd be afraid, and the show would be very, very contreversial. A
we know it's fake because he's an illusionist and that's what he does. The point is that he makes it LOOK real.
maybe the people weren't freaking out because they expected to see some "magic" at a "magic" demonstration. Hmm, I just blew my fucking mind.
they know how to do this magic and no one can prove it wether if it is fake or just a damn trick.
Why would one man stay in the shop with him? Hmm. Easy, he lifted the glass, thats why, if u look very closely, you can see him press the glass back up in place wen criss exits the window, and look at everyones faces, none of them look the least bit convincing that they just saw someone pass through glass, especially the person who was holding the paper. Once again tho, great illusionist.

the guy with the title "im gonna blow the gag" didnt get how the trick's done right. he said they open the window but 1 - it's a window that can't be opened, 2 - the entire time you can see a reflection off of the window around the paper, and 3 - if he did open the window that can't be opened without taking the glass off how'd the put it back right after he got through and they tapped the glass in the middle of the tear n the paper
ye ur rite how would they be able to take off the window and back so quick even if they did do that you would a heard drills or a hammer to place the scroes back on!!!!

Finally a comment from someone who simply enjoys the show. Chris is an awesome illusionist, nothing more. He puts alot of time, mind and heart into his illusions for OUR entertainment. The man has never claimed to be holy like many are assuming he is trying to show us in his illusions. Some of these comments are moronic and not well thought out obviously...oh well, main the thing is even those who "claim" not to truly like him ARE HERE WATCHING HIS ISLLUSIONS....ha rock on Cris !!!!
The man is just very good at his craft. The people out here hating cause they can't do what he do. Period. For all the people talking trash; let me see you pull a woman apart? Let me see you walk through glass or even something simple like float. You think Blaine or David Copperfield worship the devil too? Or are they just really good at what they do? Remember Houdini?? I'm so tired of people comming out of the wood work to call Criss a fake. It's so good to join in on a post where all we are saying is he is the BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. There is no need to call him names like a fake. He has proven time after time that he's in the entertaiment industry and he is not GOD. Everything he does is to entertain the publi8c and yet people have to take low blows at him. Well I'll tell you he's laughing all the way to the bank because most people just are blown away by him. and we are not seeing this live. Try to pick it apart live? He is Criss Angel, He is the one and onle MIND FREAK.
They just lift the glass upward and the sign is stick it to side wall. Is already a hole at the bottom of the glass hide at the bottom of the wall and someone lift it as soon as they cover it and when they knock it they do it on top of the glass. Classic old method on glasses and mirrors...
tell me, dude....how can you lift, and replace, and even press on afterwards, a small square portion of a larger plate glass window?....because you can see the rest of that ONE PIECE plate glass window on ALL sides of the piece of paper
but I will have to watch it again... and your right noone there seemed impressed... there all bad actors.
ok so im a moran cause i believe that he is going through the glass. i believe that he is actually doing that. i believe that some people can do the inpossible. stuff that no one can really explain. i mean really if you think thats fake some how then wow. but i really do believe that he is the real thing. a real ilusionist and magiction. so yeah there ya go.

i checked that thing out and... wow. iv never heard of a serious magicion revealing his secrets. but even tho its not real levitating, its still amazing that he can go thru that whole process so smoothly witout ne1 noticing...

OK...Look at the video play it or forward it to 3:11 (the part where the camera shows the guy in the shop) well after the camera focuses on the guy...he reacts (by raising his hand to his head and making other actions) whilst criss walked through the window he kinda made no noise? and after the camera zoomed in on him...he acted all kinda shiocked...dunno what you guys say but some freinds of mine agree with what I say...

WHAT KIND OF TRICKS ARE REAL?
Indeed, this does appear to be magic. The glass window is obviously very fixed in place and not in two pieces (as some have suggested). Thick plate glass in two pieces would be obvious to all bystanders and even to the camera. It is my impression that the bystanders and helpers are totally amazed in disbelief (not bad acting as someone suggested). The tall man holding the paper is just standing with his mouth wide open. Yes, mystical powers or psychic powers are REAL. This is mentioned in ancient eastern scriptures, powers such as floating in the air, passing through solid objects. Apparently, Chriss Angel has these powers and can use them at will.

U WANNA KNOW HOW ? ------ Criss Angel uses telekinesis to do most of his flying / levitation across buildings - something any one /monk can do or learn eventually.Jesus also learnt this abillity back in the day. Criss angel also uses hypnosis in the slightest ways or gestures to enforce his act. Telekines is real - FIND out About it . i just learnt how to move little screws around -it takes months bt its worth it . GO AND SEARCH for Telekines and read about it.
if he could walk through glass, he wouldn't need the piece of paper.
taking off his shoes gave time for the helper to do something to the pane of glass.
and if it were anything close to being real, the two people holding the piece of paper would atleast peak inside.

I can prove it. First we need to define the term existence: to have actual being; to have life or animation; to have being in a specified place or under certain conditions. It is requisite of a living being to die (ie. death is a part of life), yes even supreme beings. God never dies according to most, if not all, religions. Because of this, God has no life and therefore, does not exist.
Can you see air live and died? No but they are still there.
First of all I don't know why this was brought up, 2nd what does this have to do with criss? Of course God exists, what more proof do you need than perfect nature, it didnt happen by chance, because it was DESINGNED, meaning, to conceive and PLAN out in the MIND. If it was evolution than alot of frogs would have the head of mice and alot of humans would be crossed with different animals, it would be imperfect, caotic, because evolution is based on chance, which is of course, imperfect its self.

I will give you or anyone else who can perform "real magic" $10K. There are many skeptic organisations around offering several hundred thousand dollars to anyone who can demonstrate supernatural abilities. Guess what? No one has EVER come close. Cris Angel is a stunning PERFORMER. He has made stage magic a high art form, but please don't be fooled into believing in "real magic". So many people have a NEED to believe in something and can be easily persuaded. I just don't believe you can move things with mental powers. If you could, just imagine the media frenzie. Most sensational things are explained with patience and honest inquirey. Lastly, Criss does not blend illusion with "real magic". That does not make sense. If you could perform "real" magic why would you bother with illusion?
It's always better to be slightly skeptical than open to believing anything is possible because in this universe some things, whether we like it or not, are imposible (and so what)!
Ok, I don't know how he did that, or how he does any of the things he does, but that's why he's so successful. He's an illusionist. Nothing more. He's a very good illusionist, but it's naive to think it's more than that. If he really could go though a glass window, why would he need a screen? Wouldn't it be more impressive if he could just go though it without one? It's an amazing trick, but it's just an illusion.
The guy inside the room sitting back down when you look through the window? It seems he was standing up somehwere infront of him, which was probably the window... why?
ok, simple guys. When he takes off his shoes, notice how he takes a while to get them off, while the camera is looking down they edit it and it speeds through him taking his shoes off. So while the camera is looking down at his shoes, That is when they either replace the window or do something.

i agree with u, but i dont think the people are unscripted, think, i mean if u were holding the paper when he was coming threw how could u not pull it down as he was coming, i mean i kno that is kinda messed up, and would ruin the trick, but man i would have ta kno
there is a blend there...I feel he is other worldly mostly, but adds in traditional illusion so the idiots that are still evolutionarily challenged won't short circut and start some modern day witch hunt, like they did that benevolent dude, Jesus.
He mixes both illusion and real magic together. At the end you dont know whats what. This though is real I think. My opinion. :)
I'm a practicing illusionist. Criss is not other worldly, He is just an amazing performer. This is just an illusion there are such things as paid actors and plants but its not always who you think. I respect criss because he is a master of his art. I hope that he keeps pushing the bounds of what magic is. I've only been a practitioner of this amazing art for 6 months but I guarantee there is no person out there who can do this stuff "for real".

when he's supposedly taking his shoes off, they change the glass, that has a whole in it, the size of the paper... What are the odds? He finds a nicely squared piece of BLANK paper on the garbage, big enough for him to fit through it. He asks the guy to come, and he puts his hand on the middle of the paper before Chris even tells him to put it on the paper. Then he covers the whole, (and cut probably) to cover the whole, (the guy inside) which is why the other guys are still holding the paper, so you can't see the lines where the glass is cut.

you dont see it moving because
- your not concentrating on it
- its clean and clear (kind of like spinning a hard drive disk)
- the open sign can easily be attached to the door frame and not the glass.

illusion is fake, illusion is just an illusion , it is not real, so nothing is real , what you think real is just an illusion = fake. wether we know how he made it or not.

This is a great illusion but requires tons of set-up.
1. the "paper holders" are in on it. They hold the paper in a way so as not to press against the glass
2. The "found" paper was planted, and is ridgid enough to be held taut
3. The glass is actually cut to the shape of the letter "U", with the open end of the "u" on the bottom--an upside-down "u"
4. The open sign is not attached to the glass, but is fixed to look as though it is.
5. The "U" shaped cut is critical because it shows the solid glass on both sides of the paper, BUT NOT THE BOTTOM. Holding the paper so that it covers the bottom of the window frame is critical- it makes or breaks the trick--as well a positioning the paper so that glass is visible on both sides of it
6. The next critical thing is CLEAN GLASS. It must be spotless, immaculate, otherwise you would see a dirtline or lint rising up as the glass is pulled up into the specially made frame. This is why the paper holders don't press the paper against the glass--they must hold it just off from the glass and not touch the glass with their hands or the paper.
7. Its a great illusion
it was taped to the glass in the version I saw. The trick, which is all it was, was very good good. Your explanation, though lengthy, was not.
I walked through a plate glass window once and I didnt need paper. But I do have nearly 600 stitches to prove it!
in a U shape, wouldnt you see it clearly. The light would reflect the cuts in the glass. The cuts would stand out like a bubble in water no matter how clean the glass is.
And the "paper holders" dont hold the paper down to the bottom of the window frame. Theres at least 2 inches of glass you can see. (when watching in full screan) Sorry for bursting youre bubble.
