    i was living in this condo at 456 college street, toronto...it was very strange the super was owner too and his wife is 20 years president of board and no one can change her...in toronto no judge or lawyer have respect for conflict of interests...whereas in us it is very serious issue and has jail punishment ...in another word the super has got over 1 million dollars salary and his wife approved that ha ha Canadian law S**ks ha ha
