It's called AdCalls and it is totally free (just put AdCalls in your search box). You can call from your computer to any standard telephone with no charges (need mic and earphone set for your computer, though). All the screen does is bring up small box of ads while you're calling but you can ignore them or move the whole box down the screen and continue working on the computer while talking if you want. I've been using this for several years. Voice quality has an echo effect to the person you're calling and there is a bit of a "time delay" where it doesn't sound too good if both you and your caller are talking together at the same time. Not as good as regular phones but you can't beat the price of free long distance calling!
