    I've played the game my entire life and still don't understand how refs can call a foul when it's an obvious dive. I would watch it more but it's become such a part of the game that I can't do it anymore...

      you didnt paly your entire life! Try running for 90 minutes and then fighting someone. as for the diving part when you are running at these speeds the slightest of contacts would be enough to bring you down.
      so please dont comment on real (full size) soccer if you play in your backyard.
