    The original video is lossless 800x600 (codec from techsmith) and the filesize roughly 50mb, but Metacafe has scaled down and mushed it up. Expect me to try other formats in the future to retain better quality.

      The individual channels are indeed very useful if the white balance is off or if you just want a different colour cast :)
