بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ١
اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ ٢
لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ٣
وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ ٤

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
1 Say, `(The fact is) He is Allâh, the One and Alone in His Being.
2 `Allâh is that Supreme Being Who is the Independent and Besought of all and Unique in all His attributes.
3 `He begets none and is begotten by no one.
4 `And there is none His equal.

Al-Ikhlas (Arabic: سورة الإخلاص‎) (The Fidelity), aka At-tawhid (سورة التوحيد) (Monotheism) unity, consisting of 4 ayat. Al-Ikhlas means "the purity" or "the refining", meaning to remain pure and faithful or a state of purging one's soul of non-Islamic beliefs, such as paganism and polytheism
