Shut Down, Log Off or Restart other PC's on the network, and your own using this script. RPC(1)(Remote Procedure Command)(1)
this is an Undocumented feature for XP, so, you can not find any help on this from microsoft..

Here are other arguments for more options...

-i Display GUI interface, must be the first option
-l Log off (cannot be used with -m option)
-s Shutdown the computer
-r Shutdown and restart the computer

- Remote Shut Down
  This way will not work, if on computers different names of accounts or different passwords are established. Also, a local computer must have admin account, and removed should have the non admin account, differently it will not work.

  dont save as a bat file....just a simple txt, fill in the command lines, then save, and rename it as a bat then...should do the trick...;)

BUT 1 THING I DONT UNDERSTAND...?
This does not work for me, when i click
"New"->"Text Document" and name it poweroffmachine.bat the file is still the same, and i dont get the warning box either... this should work on "Windows XP" right?
