I never thought
about that...does the tazer keep going until some one else switches it off? Your in trouble if your on your own and shoot your self.

  Most police tazers have settings, as for power and length of burst, the ones I use at work are 50,000 volts and fire for 5 seconds for each pull of the trigger, bare skin is the worst though, the prongs that fire out of the cartridge at the end of the tazer are barbed and can stick in flesh up to 1 inch
