From looks of it, Tigger loses his balance but the kids father said Tigger punched his son. You be the judge.

  • Kid just being a little s**t

    It is obvious that the kid has just done somwthing to Tiggers back and he is swinging round to stop it, with furry paws that size on you're bound to hit whatever is three feet in front of you, if the kid got a wee slap in the process he deserves it!!!

  • Look's like the kid is the instigator!

    If you watch closely right before Tigger wrap's his right arm around the kid's left arm the kid appear's to pull down with his left arm possibly pulling the characters hair or pulling on the back of his collar to choke him.

    Then it appear's that Tigger reaches across with his left hand to push the kid away and twap's the kid upside the head inadvertantly (probably due to the poor perpheral vision of the costume)

    also notice the S**t eating grin on the kid's face the whole time!
    I think if anyone should face any charge's it should be the kid!

    Are out for money I belive from what i see on the tape it was the kidd who started the whole mess. I personly know some of the characters at Disney and the other theme parks here in orlando.and they have to go through alot of abuse
