What software did you use for the screen capture?

I downloaded this awhile back to convert a VOB to a MP3 or Winamp and it doesn't give you step by step info. I can usually figure some things out but this had me stumped. I am sure it works fine for other uses. At least it is free.

Its very useful information video.great job .I suggest leave your wall paper plain to avoid distraction.
