God! those people dont have heart at all! The same shuold be done with them!

When we bludgen our animals we do it with kindness and for the American way. Also, we kill them first. Support our local poor fur workers and help eliviate our trade deficit or in 50 years, it'll be your grandchildren killing the animals unhumanly for the Chinese.

These animals are bred to be used for fur coats. Sure, the method of killing the animal definitely needs to be more refined and instantaneous, but to say it should stopping the fur trade is just silly. On that note, why not stop all animal farming; say beef (which is skinned and slaughtered) and any other type of animal world wide. For this lady, before she makes animal rights statements, she shouldn't sit in a leather chair made from animal skin/hide, or use leather bound books as a backdrop. What a bunch of bleeding heart hypocrites. I am sure her leather pumps and handbag serve her well, as well as her rubber tires made from the depleting rubber trees in the rain forest and her make up tested on animals. I wear animal products and I am proud of it, pour paint on me and I'll sue you and buy more! All this video tells me is the Chinese are too poor to afford a good .22 pistol to shot the critters in the head with before skinning. That is about the only thing wrong here is the method of animal killing prior to slaughter.

I believe Peta to be an organization that would prefer that ALL farming come to an end. They make these ugly movies themselves.!!! I have never been to a fur farm here in North America that believes in these kinds of practices. They are humanly put to sleep and NEVER SKINNED ALIVE!

matter; I, in no way, support the fur industry! I don't own any fur products (coats, etc.) & after this, I don't think I will. The main issue is that it's not necessary to kill these animals for fur. Yeah, sure, the eskimos and other ppl did it - but they did it to survive the cold. Today, we have other alternative materials for coats.

This is just plain wrong. If they're going to kill them, at least do it mercifully - the part with the animal skinned alive is just heart-wrenching

Real fur products should be banned world wide.In reality the "fake fur" can look the same anyway so its totally pointless. No different then the conflict diamond sold out of Africa though. Human suffering is just as important as animals.
As far as China goes, there are many brilliant people there, who put out some really awesome stuff, at a price that makes it affordable to buy in US.

So certainly lets not diss China as a whole, its just that small group in the fur trade, when their goverment bans their export, those fur guys will go and make their livings doing something else that does not involve such cruelty.

Do people still buy fur goods in the United States? I haven't seen a fur coat or hat here in years.

We really must stop this cruelty and the only way is to STOP buying fur. Eeven if the item is second-hand because this still encourages people to admire it and perhaps they will go out and buy new garments. Point of fact, ivory. These animals can feel just as much pain as you or me. It’s nicer to admire fur on the animal’s own back rather than on a human’s. That is so cruel. What did those animal ever do to them until they were treated like that? The animals were still alive when they pulled the skin out of their body. Can you imagine if you're in their shoe? Do you want people to take your skin out while you're still breathing and just left you like that to die slowly? This world is worse than I thought.
