    This is what happens when you "think" the water is not too deep. Watch the lights, the person has his foot on the brake, and even notice the reverse light comes on. More people are killed in stupid accidents like this than from all Natural Storms.

    he opened the window on purpose. cuz it is crutial that it should be opened in such cases before the car sink. otherwise it can neither be opened due to the electrical system down nor broken due to the exterior pressure of water. so the person imprisons himself when there is a chance to swim out.
