Not only did I Hack the Easy Button to make it say what I want it to, I hooked up a door alarm to trigger it and it no longer has to have the AAA Batteries to power it.

because, it's his job. He couldn't make all of these by himself. He was recently hired for makemagazine too. (It's a really cool magazine.) On youtube the account name he broadcasts on is calle "makemagazine" and he makes videos to promote the magazine. A guy named Bre Pettis used to do that but now KipKay does and his inventions are a lot more complicated.

LOVE this hack!!! But, we tweaked it a bit. You can wire the ckt board to the existing AA batteries. That preserves the casing, and does not have the record button longer than the feet. Also saves on two parts, and a bit less soldering of wires. There are approx 20 of these annoying devices around my office, 3 less annoying ones now! :)

Simple to build, I found all the parts at radioshack with a little assistance and assembly was pretty straightforward.
