That's not a turbo on that car.....
That's a cobra with a Kenne bell supercharger on it.

It's a SUPERCHARGER
Turbos have blow off valves, and that spooling sound you heard. a spool that loud would have had a loud WUSH! behind it had it been a turbo....duuh
