    would god (if "He" existed) ask what the color of your skin was in the first place? that's predetermined... it has NOTHING to do with your actions in life which all the others do like "did you compromise your character to obtain your salary" and "did you buy an enormous home and not welcome people into it" etc. Even though I believe there is no god I still enjoyed the video because they are all good rules to live by... i just thought the one about skin color was innappropriate.

      How can asking a question hurt your feelings? It's the oldest question about religion, and it really isn't unreasonable.

      Is it cruel to ask an six year old how Santa could deliver presents to every child in the world in one night? Maybe a little, but what if they were 21 and still believed? Wouldn't it be worth encouraging them to question what they had been told?

      I agree that not knowing the answer doesn't prove that God doesn't exist - only knowing the answer could do that. But it should make you think about the definition of God.

      God has always been, just because we cant understand that it dosent make it imposible. Even if he explained himself to us we couldnt understand, like trying to explain physics to an infant, or better yet an insect. This is the whole reason for faith.

      If you accept that god is defined as all knowing and all powerful (among other things).

      The problem is that if god knows everything, then that must include what we would call the future. If he knows what will happen, then obviously every situation has only one possible outcome - what god knows will happen. Therefore, god can only ever go aloong with what he knows will happen (or he was wrong). In other words, he has no power to change anything.

      This doesn't mean that the universe wasn't created, just that there are logical limits to the nature of whatever created it.

      Besides, who wants an eternal afterlife? Life is only precious because it is finite, and always changing - if it went on forever, what would be the point? Sounds more like a punishment than a salvation to me.

      God is god... doesnt come from anything. The creator of all, doesnt obey the rule of alchemy, creates his own rule. We cant understand him cos we're not him. Too mighty for us the weaklings to even understand what he really is... just know that in order for us to exist, we need the Creator since we are so freaking weak.
      P/s: I'm NOT religious just a believer of His existence
