  See the table at the end.
  48 is for Warning icon, 4 is for "Yes and No" buttons. So 4 48 is Yes and No with Warning icon.

  you can use the word vbYesNo for Yes and No buttons.

If you...
replace the 48 in "5+48" with 45, the error box contains Abort, Retry, and Ignore!

  You have to make a shortcut for the script, because you can change only the shortcut's icon. Shortcuts can be made by pressing 'Alt' key while dragging the file somewhere with mouse.
