  48 is for Warning icon, 4 is for "Yes and No" buttons. So 4 48 is Yes and No with Warning icon.

.. use this instead of numbers:

vbOKOnly ------> OK button only
vbYesNo ------->Yes and No Button
vbRetryCancel --------->Retry and Cancel Button
and so on...

  You have to make a shortcut for the script, because you can change only the shortcut's icon. Shortcuts can be made by pressing 'Alt' key while dragging the file somewhere with mouse.
