By forzaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa 1168681539 Reply Spam [+1] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThe power is not generated by the lemons or the lemon juice. The cause are the diferent metalls
By rampelcho 1168619597 Reply Spam [+1] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThank you. I was wondering how the power was generated from lemons. I remember now .. it is because of the different electronegativities of the metals (nail (iron?) and wire (copper?) ). If we use same metals we won't get any power. Lemon just acts as a conducting medium. Am I right?
By 1168860931 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveIt is soooo obvious that you have a /- battery inserted in one of the lemons... Does this mean you could run your sprinklers on what they water?

By ZackScott 1168640663 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removewhat if we connect the lemon in parallel :P
PS: try this with orange....
connection in raw collects the voltage of each lemon to make a big voltage. connection in paraller collects the current of each lemon to make a high current. the best conection depends of the use of system. for example if the LED on the video needs 1volt to light up and every lemon (of four) have 0.25 volts you will have to connect them in raw. in paraller the LED would take 0.25v with much current and wouldn't light up.

By Number One Dad 1168576517 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveSo how many Lemons do u need to watch the TV???
By royalknights9021 1168550163 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removefor the american standarts you need 110-115 lemons for something that gathers electricity from the network
in europe 220-230 lemons
sounds reasonable
lets say around 400 lemons. (not sure)
it depends. 1 lemon produce around 1-1.5volts.
4 lemons produce around 3-3.5volts.
there is NO exact number of lemons for powering TV.
I guess the number of lemons should be thousands. the voltage maybe reached with some hundrends lemons but the current wouldn't be enough. so you should make a hybrid connection of them: Y columns of "X rows of lemons". that means that if you need 400 lemons to reach the voltage you may need 500 (not for sure, just say) of these "400 rows" . 400*500=200.000 lemons for examble.
