Funny!
I wouldn't say that it was the best scare tactics, but that guy probably REALLY S**t his pants. Its funny/clever when the joker actually gets the joke played on them. It really catches them off guard! That guy was so shocked that they had to tell him about 5 times that he was on scare tactics before his brain kicked back on.
